15 Sep 2004 Hayat Farm 100th Hatch Memorial Day

The healthy chicks were hatched on 15th September 2004, it was the 100th hatch in Hayat Farm. We are grateful to our customers, the parties concerned and the local community who kindly support the project. Our company produce chicken, fish, tree nursery, bio gas, organic fertilizer and so on. We sincerely make efforts to supply safety and tasty farm stock products to our customers. Thank you very much.

5 May 2004 Hayat Grain Project Harvest

These are the maize and soybeans by Hayat Grain Project which started on 22nd October 2003. Farmers are interested in the next year cultivation. Their requirements are the following 3 points. 1. irrigation facilities 2. finance of working capital 3. ensured market. Hayat Foods Ltd. will support them to develop the local feed cultivation and try to realize the concept "Hayat Grain and Chicken Project in Noakhali", which meets their requirements.

27 February 2004 Mrs. Hasna Moudud (Former MP) visited Krishi Mela in Noakhali.

Mrs. Hasna Moudud (Former MP) visited Krishi Mela（agriculture fair） in Noakhali on 27th February 2004. She said that the agriculture is "Life", it is one of the most important industry in the country and she motivated farmers to cultivate more agricultural products in Noakhali. She recommended to build an agricultural library to exchange the technical information. She said that Noakhali has a great opportunity of soybeans and maize for livestock feed. And she introduced a healthy soybeans product named Tofu which is famous in the world with a bright future, too. Hayat Foods Ltd. hope that we will coordinate farmers, the financial institute and the government to increase agricultural products with linking to the poultry sector.

26 February 2004 Minister of law,Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Barrister Moudud Ahmed visited Krishi Mela in Noakhali.

Minister of law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Barrister Moudud Ahmed, MP Abul Hashem and DC Noakhali visited Krishi Mela（agriculture fair） in Noakhali on 26th February 2004. They encouraged the poultry sector and motivated Hayat Grain Project for domestic feed. We informed them that it is essential the government to develop domestic grain seeds, grain storage systems and irrigation facilities.

24-27 February 2004 Krishi Mela(agriculture fair) in Noakhali

Hayat Foods Ltd. displayed breeder parent, chickens, eggs, cow milk and tree nursery at Krishi Mela(agriculture fair) in Noakhali from 24th to 27th February 2004. Rice, soybeans, maize grown by Hayat Grain Project were also exhibited. Rice gives us polished rice for human, rice bran for poultry feed and hay for cow feed, rice hulls for chicken's bed. Soybeans and maize are main ingredients for poultry feed. We try for making a good circulation between livestock and agriculture.

20 December 2003 Hayat Grain Project Seminor

Hayat Grain Project hold the seminor about soybeans and maize to representatives of farmers on 20 December 2003 supported MCC and Bangladesh government. They received technical information how to prepare land, facility of water and the way of scheduling, budgeting and getting raw materials.

14 December 2003 Paddy Rice Harvest

Hayat Foods Ltd. harvested good paddy rice this year too cooporated with farmers. Hayat Grain Project is going to cultivate soybeans and maize soon supported by MCC and Bangladesh government. We hope that the farmers will get more agricultural skill and make progress in the rural area.

27 November 2003 Mubarak Eidul Fitr

Hayat Foods Ltd. supplies some cloth for the lower income people near Hayat Farm and Ikeda Hayat Agro Farm on the Mubarak Eidul Fitr every year. The 525 saries for women and 110 lungis for men were distributed. Some members from these families join us and are getting the technical skill on agriculture and livestock. They are performing the important roles in the company. We try to develop the welfare facilities for example, housing loan, sanitation facility, wedding gift, medical care support and so on according to the length of their service.

22 October 2003 Hayat Grain Project Started

Hayat Grain Project started on 22 October 2003 at the IKEDA HAYAT AGRO FARM in Noakhali, Bangladesh. The 150 farmers, the governmental parties and the financial parties came to the meeting. Noakhali is one of the best places for fullfat soybeans cultivation and suitable for maize in the country. Hayat Foods Ltd. try to provide useful technical informations to the farmers continuously.
